All sales are final on clearance, jewelry and accessories, custom orders, bralettes, leggings, beanies and hats. These items are NOT eligible for return or exchange. Items discounted 40% or greater will also be considered final sale. All Black Friday sales will be considered final sale. No exceptions.
Unworn, unwashed, unaltered items may be returned or exchanged for credit so long as the original tags are attached and received within two weeks of purchase date. Customer assumes all responsibilities for shipping the returns back to TayaBella. Returns must be received within two weeks of the customer receiving the item. Customer will then be given an online credit in the amount of the return.

If for some reason there is something wrong with the item, TayaBella will cover the shipping costs in form of a credit on your next order. Only USPS Priority Mail will be accepted as reasonable shipping on these returned items.
Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately.
If you believe you have received defective merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days at email@example.com so we may address the issue. No exception.
